Birding Classes
Other birding classes
If you are interested in beginning level and other
birding classes, there are several offerings in the Bay Area.
There are classes taught by Lisa
Myers through the Palo Alto Baylands, Campbell Recreation
Dept., and at the Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society. You can
find out more at her Let's
Go Birding website. Lou
Beaudet teaches classes at the Los Altos-Mountain View Adult
School. Matthew
Dodder and Bob
Power teach at the Palo Alto Adult School. Steve Rutledge
also teaches at SCVAS.
Farther afield, Alice Hoch teaches in the Fremont-Newark
area. Rusty
Scalf and Bob
Lewis have a poplular class at the Albany Adult School. And,
of course, the well-known classes of Joe Morlan are held at the Marina Middle School in San
Francisco.
If you know of other classes that I should note
here, please use the pigeon at the bottom left to drop me a line.
